Leaking coolant only in city driving

So my car is finally running strong, except now I have a problem with leaking coolant. In city driving i go threw a ridiculous amount of coolant, but highway driving I lose almost none. Yesterday after driving around for a little in the city, I felt around under the car and around the hoses to find the leak. The lower radiator hose was wet with coolant. I replaced this hose maybe 2 months ago and tightened it but am still loosing coolant. I am now thinking that there is a hole in my radiator, does that make sense? Is there any ghetto fixes I could do like try to find the hole somehow and shove some electrical tape in it to stop the leak? Any help is appreciated!

Go to an autozone and rent a coolant pressure tester. It will pressure up your coolant system and if there are any leaks it will start spraying our leaking out.

id think sum thing to do with thermostat housing area, cap or housing. City driving your thermostat opens on the highway
