i have a 2.4 stroker with stock cams on it and notice that when i drive it easy, (barely any boost) the oil level stays level. but after a day of boosting, the oil level drops dramatically and within 3-4 days i have to keep refilling oil. it seems to be coming out of the breather filter... i just replaced the pcv valve and it hasnt fixed the prob. this engine is newly rebuilt, it probally has around 5,000 miles on it. anybody have these problems before?

You should first check if it is buring any oil.
if you are loosing oil through you pcv valve or breather put an oil catch can.
If you are getting too much blowback your engine was not built right and your rings are going out.
Also check for leaks from the oil pan and around the head.

You said that when you step on it thats when you loose oil? Than you turbo seals are really bad. you turbo could be blown. take off the intake pipe that goes to the turbo and cehck for shaft play and oil.

it doesnt seem to be burning any oil i do not see any blue smoke, or any smoke for that matter. when it was rebuilt i did a compression test on it and got readings of 195-205 psi throughout the cylinders. i just recently changed the timing, noticing the cams were not adjusted to exact TDC, which took care of alot of idle problems and stalling probs. could i have gotten high compression readings from the bad timing?

the turbo is brand new, and hasnt had any restrictions to oil, so i dont believe itd be the turbo seals.
when i say it looses oil on boost, i mean i notice a decrease in the oil level within days when i know i've been punching it. but if i were to drive it soft for the same time, i dont notice a difference in oil level.

on a side note, my vaccum sits at about 19-20psi at idle.

i might have exagerated on the time it takes until i have to fill the oil, it would probally take about a week and a few days before i had to refill it.
