These are real world cars, running simple bolt on parts. Not even running externals dumping to atmosphere, but nice quiet inexpensive internal gates.

you dont think i can reach 600 hp with a forged engine, fuel stand alone, race gas, and nos ??? 600 hp is 600 hp regardless of how you get to it. i can run 400 hp without nos and squeeze and 200 shot and get to 600 hp easy. hp is hp. its a matter if the engine can take it or not and if you have the right fuel that wont detonate like crazy everywhere.

I think you should run a 300 shot since you have a forged motor and a standalone. Maybe even a 400 shot. I mean, if you have the right engine and fuel it won't detonate like crazy everywhere right?:laugh:
 
LOL, please tell me the 200 shot was a joke, i wouldnt run a 200 in my built chevy 350 in my tow vehichle, and its dyno'd at 460 on 92 pump gas, in my dsm, hahahaha, not a CHANCE, if someone tries this i really wanna see the explosion on video

true.. but technically a season has come and gone (in my area everything is also now closed), and i think there should be results out for this turbo by now... that's all i meant..

and obviously there are!!! ...11.47 is not a ho-hum result!... especially not for being it's first season... sure seems like with some more tuning it should run 10's, as well... maybe even low 10's??? OMG :cool:

may seem like an odd question, but does anyone know how extensively this car was tuned?

Dude you're letting your ass do all the talking for you! "10 second slips and 600 hp" HAHAHAHAH Like it's that easy to run a 10 sec pass, much less 600 hp. Keep on dreaming pal. I challenge you to prove me wrong, you have til decemeber 27th. ;)

Surely you can't be serious :rolleyes:

I'd like to see how a 200 hp shot of nitrous will live on a 2.0. I know the factory shortblock can't handle that kind of torque increase. Its probably better to try and make 550 hp with the turbo and spray a 50 shot.

Big shots like 200 and more are reserved for V8s and mostly N/A cars not forced induction

Is this 100% true? has it been tested with external wastegates? cuz its hard to believe that you've gotten better times out of internal wastegates over external. I SERIOUSLY have my mind set on the L2R but running an External WG.
