knocking at start up

I have a 1995 eclipse gst and its been making a knocking noise when I first start my car in the morning. It only does it when I first start it and at idle, it doesnt do it at any other time. It only does it for about 2 minutes then stops. I dont know what this could be, I have had thoughts of rod knock, but rod knock happens at all rpm's and all the time right? Could it be that a lifter is stuck? Any help?

Its not lifter tick because I already had it and replaced my lifters with the revised lifters. As for the harmonic balancer, what route would you go fixing that? What kind of expense can expect?
