Does anyone have a 1g alternator tensioner bolt and little " thingy " that bolt's into the alt. I need one to run my car tommorow as it fell out today while driving, and I broke my spare.

I think I might have one. PM me for more info.

Although I only got to run twice, I had a great time. There were a ton of cars.

Who was around to see the SLR Mclaren run 11.2? Not bad for spinning the tires off the line.

So after the 1 1/2 hour wait while they were cleaning up someones, cough cough, synthetic oil leak, they finally decided to close the left lane and open the right lane back up. I think I got my 2nd run in right after Jason. After that, there was less than an hour left so I decided to watch the rest of the cars.

I was impressed with the old tiny mazda with a turbo rotary that ran a 9.8 and then the very next run was an 80's station wagon the did a wheelie for the first 60' and also ran a 9.8

It wasn't till the next day when I looked at my logs that I noticed I was shifting way too early. I shifted into 4th at 6600 rpms and into 5th at 6400 rpms. I did some checking and I shouldn't be shifting into 5th at all. I'm sure this is why I was only running 13.1. So if I stay in 3rd till 7k and finish in 4th gear I should make it into the 12's.

It was good meeting everyone.

So when's the next one?

I am going to be heading back up on Friday if the weather holds up. I found my problem, it was a boost leak. The line running from the SMIM to the BoV came off. The car should be boosting good today and I am going to work on some tuning. I kinda got screwed as I have used up all of my 110oct now and will be stuck with 92oct. I might be heading up to warrensburg today to pick up some new shoes and there is a E-85 station there, if its cheap enough, I will be filling up the car and two race cans with it.

are you talkig about the mirage... if so it had an hx40 with the 7cm BEP hotside...
