Just curious... I am rebuilding my 95 eclipse gsx... did an engine replacement with an engine from a 96 gst and it was acting really strange... put screw driver to injectors and listend to the end of handle and sounded like 2 of them werent firing... so i decided to swap the fuel rails.... the Injectors out of my 95 have 2 jet holes on the bottom where it mists into the cylinder .... the injectors from the 96 only have one hole... also the plastic part around the sprayer part of the 95 are like yellow where the bottoms of the 96 are black... anyways i switch the rails and the problem was solved...but i am just curious if there are different flow rates of these injectors and if one actually has any advantage of the other?? everywhere i read 2g turbo cars have 450 cc injectors stock... so why the different types?? ... anyinfo is appreciated .. thanks..

not to sound dumb...but is the top of the injector where it goes into the head or where it connects to the fuel rail .... LOL
