Hey whats up everyone, my name is Sean and im from Pittsburgh,pa i drive a 2005 Black Dodge Srt4. yea yea yea, its JUST a neon. LOL! but i Love my 455HP "Neon" LOL ive had it for almost 3 years now. it has an AGP 50trim turbo,AGP BIG FMIC,Apexi SFAC II and ALOT more. and everything under the hood id Powdercoated Red. Which i kick my self for for,i want it a diff. color LOL

Its all Black,wheels,tint,Tail lights,Fiberglass eyelids,fog lights ect. im actually gonna be Re-painting my rims gloss black, ive had them for about 3 years now(from my Previous srt4) and they lost there Gloss,they still look good,except for a couple little chips.

i joind the forums because i just got my gf a 97 talon. and i also have owed a couple DSMs before my srt.

If you dont mind me asking..How do you like your srt.
I used to think it was just an slightly upgraded neon, but they have really really grown on me.


Just wanted to find out how much you like the power,looks, and overall performance of it.

Fuggin nice. I always wanted one. It's probably the only domestic car i'll buy with the exception of the year one camero or is it challenger!
srt 4, half domestic and half import, huh!
Maybe I'll buy one when I have the extra, extra cash. Until then, I'll just wonder how it is to have one!

i LOVE it! i used to make fun of my friend like 4 years ago,because he LOVED them. i would say, "Its JUST a neon" LOL but then i test drove a STOCK 1,and was like Holy SHit! and i went home and researched them, 13.9 1/4 mile STOCK! i was impressed. then i bought one,it was completly stock, and have been modding it ever since. they react VERY well to MODs. i have a little over 450HP now,it has crazy power.

as for the looks, i took out the "Crosshair" in the Front bumper when i got the BIG FMIC,and i got the Fiberglass eyelids, i think it makes it look Pissed off LOL some ppl dont like em, but i do.

I would hope you wouldn't get banished. To me this site is more about the loving of cars. They just specialize in DSM's. I think the Srt-4's look dead sexy.

Now we must talk, where in the world did you get that viper badge?! I want one in silver for my srt-10. GET ME ONE!

thanks dude. itwas actually on the car when i 1st bought it,and it grew on me. LOL, i hated it when i 1st got it,but now i kinda like it.LOL

and its from the dodge dealership. just get the part # online for the Dodge Viper front Badge.

check out this pic...see the front badge. it comes in black and red i belive. but its the SAME badge i have LOL:D

I've seen that black srt w/ the grey stripes at PRP i do believe....atleast i think its the same car bc its fast as pi$$ LOL.

Good luck with your gf's dsm, it'll be a love hate, more hate relationship :)

but ME personaly,i dont street race anymore. my friend got in a VERY bad car accidetn a couple years ago,and he was in acoma for 4 months,eveyone thought he wasnt gonna make it,but one day he woke up,and then 5 months later he was back to work! i guess it was just a mirical. but the bad thing is he cant remember ANYTHING from 3 days befoe the accident till when he woke up,all we have are pics of his car(07 coblalt) which has completly cut in half!

so yea, NO street racing for me! LOL u can be the BEST driver in the WORLD,but all it takes is ONE car to stop or pull out in front of you,while your doin 110mph,and ## done!

i just need some more ideas for some "Look Good" MODs. LOL theres TWO srts that drive around where i live that did the SAME thing as me, blacked out everything. so its kind of annoying when u have 2 "Clones" of your car driving around ## city LOL

but the only difference is when we all pop our hoods,They dont have over 450HP :shhh:
 
That looks like Dragway 42 in Ohio! Do you guys come up this way often? Dodge should have made a 2 door srt4...then it would be a badass rig.

Is that srt engine similar to the 420a?
 
the video is this kid "Erabbit" they go up all the time, hes gonna be breaking into the 9sec's VERY soon!

and Yes i believe it is similar.


and i know the Evo and srt share the same turbo stock(Big 16G)

Heres MY turbo(50Trim OMG) and the Stock SRT4 turbo. and the Stock turbo isnt a very small turbo,i mean its not That big, but its still not that small either LOL

there are ppl who have done the SRT motor swap in there 2dr Neons LOL its a pretty bad ass car when there done, ive seen a bunch on Youtube,and theres a kid that drives around where i live with a Boosted 2dr Neon LOL
