My car just came out from the shop today. They just finish puttingt in a clutch flywheel and pressure plate. When they try to start the car the car wouldnd turn over but it cranks. They said it was the fuel pump so i switch it ,after all that the check engine light came on and they said it was some sensor from the cold and hot temperature . I was like ok. Took it on the highway and drove fine for like 1hr then it started top drive weird. The problem is like when i step on the gas there is a lag (take like 2 second then it will react to how hard im pushing it) and my boost was acting up like crazy. I have no boost control and it was boosting 14 pounds but yet it doesnt feel like it was on 14 pounds(feels slow). All i change was the spark plugs ,clutch ,pressure plate and flywheel. It doesnt feel like it boosting also any help would be greatful.

First what type of spark plugs did you put in? Second did you check and double check all your hoses and connections?

I hate this sort of thing, there is SO many threads about (just got my car back from the shop and NOTHING WORKS< and they say its my fault stuff)

this happens all to much.
The problem is that Most shops are ford and chevy builders, simple tbelt job? clutch in a talon, sure buddy no problem, but they have NO idea how to put it back together.

I would be almost certain if you dug deep you would see a hose unhooked or a clamp not tightened down.

boost test the system, www.vfaq.com if you dont know how.
did you read the code, for the cel? vfaq again.

I agree. If I dropped a car off and it ran fine then when I get it back it better run just as well if not better. Go back and tell the shop to make it right. If they don't know how to work on yoru car then they shoudld not accept the work.

Ditch the plugs, platinum and those other fad plugs are crap in a DSM. Stick with the standard cheap-o NGK copper plugs, your car will thank you for it.

Jim

Agreed. Just use the NGK's and save money and know you have a good working product.

More than likely it is a clutch master or slave cylinder. Check the slave at the tranny, pull the boot back and check for leaks. Any fluid leaks by the pedal...master cylinder.

If the fluid level went to low in the container and sucked in air and the leak is not to bad, you might be able to fill it up, pump it a couple time to get enough pressure built up to at least make it back to the house or garage.

Well i know the guy personally. He told me to bring it back to him and he will make everything right. At least i hope he does. It's like i fix one problem and there goes another and ill take the advise use NGK coppers and ill see how it goes. Again thanks for the help and advise.
