put my afcII in last night, everything was good except my a/f ratio is a little screwy now.
normally when i turn my car on, the a/f ratio is around .5v and after 3-4 minutes the gauge starts bouncing around as normal the numbers all over the place, as normal. ever since i put the afc in last night, when i start the car, a/f ratio is 0.2 or 0.3v, and after about 10 minutes of driving it starts bouncing around, but it never ever goes into the rich. when i floor it, it'll go halfway into the rich side, but never all the way like it used to.
under negative throttle (heavy deceleration) when the engine is slowing the car down so to speak, the a/f ratio goes to 0.00v! no LEDs show up on the a/f gauge.
all of these observations were confirmed with a digital voltmeter and through the afc's blue-wire mod. nothing's been touched as far as correcting the a/f mixture through the afc. everything's +/- 0 across the board. i heard that the blue-wire mod can weaken the o2 signal, but the a/f reading was off before i did the blue-wire mod. this is on my 4g64 SOHC
