Yes, but the question is, is there such thing as PTFE lined Nylon hose?
I also can't find any such thing. Russel ProClassic and other Nylon hose all come with a rubber core. Which makes me wonder why it's so commonly used with E85 considering Ethanol is supposedly extremely corrosive...

I've got rubber core lines that have been in the car 6+ years and I've been running E85 all that time with fuel pressures as high as 90 psi.
No leaks or other "issues".
I've even run E95 (5% Methanol, 95% Ethanol) without any issues.
