ok explain this to me like im a 4 yr old when u respond please.......

1) when I goto shift into 2nd I have to wait until my rpm's drop...? 3-5 all shift perfect (synchronizer ?)

2) oil cap leakage also smell oil burning and loose oil only 138k on motor any ideas ? also smokes a little more than it should maybe lucas or stp will help ?

3)when it rains I seem to find water underneath back pass seat I read about the sunroof drains extactly where are they on the tire wells ? pics maybe ?

4)the cruise control never worked when i got the car checked fuses they are good anything else i can check ?

5)the windows shake when down any quick fix to this issue ?

Im sure my car sounds like junk but only pay'd 1k for it so im gonna slowly but surely fix all this small crap and make it look good

hope these help...

1) if your shift cables and shifter are properly adjusted; if your clutch system is appropriately bled and in good working order (including the master and slave cylinders); if you are confident that your clutch/tranny were correctly installed; and if you are not having and clutch pedal issues... then it could be a tranny problem.
2) get a new oil cap and/or valve cover gasket set. otherwise this is not unusual and could be due to maintenance issues (worn gaskets, hoses, connectors, seals, etc.). until you fix it, just have a case of oil in your trunk. as to smoking, more info please... where is it coming from; what is causing it; etc? this is likely maintenance related too.
4) the cruise control system is vacuum based, so check your vacuum lines and connection.

4.) The wheel well drains are in the hatch area. Just pop your trunk, get a hanger or a pipe cleaner and clean the dirt out of the two holes. Might as well check your window washer fluid reservoir to make sure it isn't leaking and causing rust. Its located under your donut tire.
