I dont know whats going on how do I fix this

So I semi fixed the problem looks like the IAC doesnt like a over tight link cable hmmm how annoying is that

Can you elaborate on the issue more? I'm just curious as to what the symptoms were exactly. I'm assume poor or no idle?
