So I would like to know if my isc motor is bad. It passed the test of pulling it out of the throttle body and turning the key to see it move, however when I did the resistance test on pin 5&6 it read 80 ohms  all the others read 30 like they're suppose to. I know if any read 0 then the coil is dead, but that's not the case here.

So let me ask another question, what are the pros and cons of eliminating the isc motor? I used to know specifically what its purpose and function was, but I forgot.

The ISC is a stepper motor. So the little "plunger", goes in and out based off variables preset in the ECU.

Basically you would delete it if you have ecm-link, you would delete it since it can be emulated with Link. The reason you'd want to is because its one less thing to fail.

Im pretty convinced this is what's causing my idle surge (fast idle) its quite annoying, every time I come to a stop (like at a traffic light) it idles up and down, up and down
