Is this too much for this car?

Hey everyone, what would you pay for this car.

90' Mitsu GS Turbo 5sp
Body and paint are good, only a little fading on rear wing
Interior is spotless
Motor and trans has 109K on it, body has 200K
Ported 2g mani
Boost gauge and controller
2.5'' cat-back exhaust

The guy is asking 3500, what do you think? I know I don't want to pay that much, but how low should I go? Thanks

I say WAY TOO MUCH!

My fiance bought his 91 Talon TSI for $2500 and it had:

Tiny bit of rusting by sunroof
Aftermarket Rims
115K miles on car
Tranny swap at 100K from auto to 5-speed
Larger turbo
Some internals
Centerforce Stage 2 Clutch & lightened flywheel
Interior not too bad but not the greatest...


I would definitely say to work with the person on price a little bit...try to get it for somewhat cheaper. I'd say to get it for at least $2800 if not cheaper.

id pay 1750-2000 for it.. 200k on the body .. thats a lot. Lots of wear on all the parts. This is assuming everything is working. The ac works too.. find stuff thats broke and bring it down to 1500..
