I recently got hit on my front drivers side of my bumper. It drove for a few days, then when i was driving it, the car shut off, and wouldnt start again.
Also, my subs got stolen a few weeks ago. after that it was slow to start but usually did start. I had to jump it a few times, but it still started. I didnt take the sub wires off the battery.
Also, it doesnt turn over

On the front driver side under the rad, there are 2 white wires running from the ALT that go to the battery. Check them out for damage from your accident. Best thing to do here I guess would be to check your battery voltage to see if it is low. Also disconnect the wire from the battery that went to the amplifier. This may have grounded out somwhere in the back causing a fuse to POP. Run over all of your fuses inside and out and check if any are blown.

Im gonna say It may be a blown fuse In the engine bay....

Check your ignition fuse and alternator relay first. If the fuse/relay is good, I would say your battery is bad (or at least extremely drained) and that your alternator possibly went as well. Generally when your battery is low or dead it will not start but can be jumped. If your car died while you were driving it, your alternator could possibly be bad but it can also mean that battery was sucked dry to the point that the charging system could no longer power the car via the alternator to the dying/dead battery.

Take your battery out and bring it to Advance Auto Parts or Autozone and have them do a load test on it (they do it free). From there they can determine if your battery is totally gone or if it just needs charging. Replace or recharge the battery, put it in your car, and fire it up. It should start. If it doesnt start..alternator. Drive it to Advance/Autozone and have them load test your alternator and see how much voltage it is putting out. If your alternator is not putting out at least 13.XX-14.XX volts then it is not charging the battery (around 12 volts) like it should, thus making the battery hard to start, and eventually making the car die while driving.

*If you put in a new battery or recharge the old one and the alternator is bad or going bad, it will kill the new or recharged battery! Like I said, get the alternator tested as well.

*Note* Always charge the battery or replace a battery before installing a new alternator. Likewise, installing an alternator with a low or dead battery will put extra strain on the alternator to recharge the battery and can possibly kill your new alternator.

How many watts is/was your amp? In my experience anything that puts out 800watts or more should be ran with a farad cap and/or a larger battery. Absolutely sick systems towards 2,000 watts or more should seriously consider running an upgraded alternator/battery/cap setup. If you don't plan on running the system again, disconnect the unnecessary wires from your battery if not for anything else, from being a possible fire hazard.
