IS this a safe and appropriate setup for a 16g?

Hi everyone.
My goals for my car are to pretty much be able to run quicker than most cars on the highway. As of right now, i have a 98 Spyder GST 5 speed with about 77,000 miles. Here are the mods:

B&M Short Shifter
Intake Filter
Greddy Type S
Apex'i Turbo Timer
SPI Boost Gauge
Apex'i AVCR (getting in 2 days)
I forgot which springs and shocks
A bunch of audio stuff.

Here is what I'm thinking. Ultimately, I think the goial i have is going to accomplished fine with a B16g, EVOIII16g, or T28. I want excellent streetability and less chance of parts breaking from torque. Is this what I need to be safe?

660cc
SAFC
Logger
190lph pump
Turbo

As far as fuel goes, is that going to be fine? I'm still on the stock T25 at the moment, waiting for either a good deal on one of the aforementioned turbos and those fuel parts. IT seems like it'll cost a pretty good deal when all done. I"m thinking that if a turbo comes up wiht a good price I'll pick it up but in the meantime I'll go wiht the fuel mods little by little. I'm curious as to how a stock clutch/flywheel will hold up. I was thinking a Fidanza/2100 combo. sort of unfortuantely, my stock clutch is doing great right now, and maintenance on the car is all done. Please let me know any safety or other items you think I should get. Thanks for any input!

I don't think you need the 660's, also you will want to upgread your intercooler to either a supra sidemount or a street fmic.

Well you have right idea on the things you have to get. I would recommend the EvoIII for your setup since its the best 16g and it will take far down your goals. You can also look into the small 16g as well. Either of the 2 will work. The only thing i didn't see in your list of things you have to get is some sort of fmic. You can also get by on 550's but i would recommend the 660's to be on the safe side. As far as your clutch make sure you upgrade it the stock clutch will not last at all. The findaza and the 2100 are great for you needs. Even the xact flywheel will do as well and while your add it you can add that tranny lsd insert to the car and get both wheels to the ground. You have the right direction on the things you want keep at it :)

Edit: You probably will or will not need a afpr but keep that in mind

andy,
IM me on aim. i'm going to4b-h3 in a couple months so i'll sell you my e316G w. install kit. oh and yea, get a downpipe  you'll only need 550's if you're just gonna stay with a 16G

I'm running 20 psi on Evo8 560cc injectors, stock smic, 93 octane, and the stock fuel pump, and have logged 20 and 21 degrees of timing at 6700 rpm or so in 3rd. Perfect timing during 17-18 psi runs, and about 2* of timing pulled when I spiked above 20 psi. Again, that's on the stock fuel pump...

Unless you are going to squeeze everything out of the turbo on pump gas, I think 550s or 560s will be fine.

I would bump up your FP to a Walbro255. I don't think you'll need 660inj. A set of 550 are good.

550cc injectors are going to be at the limit on a turbo like the T28 if you have cams and all the other bolt ons. I've got a rewired denso 150 lph pump and I'm running 82-85% injector duty cycle on 660cc Denso injectors. Thats on a T28 @ 20 psi pump gas and I've leaned it out as much as I could. Every time I lean it out the car makes more power and uses up even more injector. I'm running DSMLINK so 660cc injectors are no problem, SAFC might be a different story.
