Is This a Good External Dump o2 Housing?

I just wanted to know some people's opinions on this o2 housing i just found on ebay. It seems like a good deal. It would be going on my '91 Laser RS turbo until i build my custom 14b kit for my '95 420A Talon.

Do you think i will get annoyed after a while since the 13b on this auto Laser spools up at such a low rpm? Is it still really loud even during low boost?

The lower the boost, the louder it will be.
