A Buschur 20G IS a regular 20G. You'd be surprised how many guys pay more just for that name. All Buschur does is port the turbine housing and clip the turbine wheel 20* to allow it to flow more.

The calling card of a BR 20G is the 20* clipped TD05H turbine....your turbine is a TD05H, but it's unclipped; although your turbine housing is ported.

This photo displays a clipped turbine next to an unclipped one. The turbine in this photo was clipped 15*:

Regardless, a 20G is a 20G- whether it came from Buschur, Slowboy, Turbochargers.com, or anywhere else. Each shop does their specific little "mod" to call it their own, but at the end of the day it's still a MHI 20G. Don't feel like you got ripped off- you paid for a 20G, and that's exactly what you got.

The 20G with the TD05H turbine is my favorite direct bolt-on street turbo using all the existing oil and coolant lines. That turbo hits as hard as a 16G but pulls much more on top than a 16G ever could. The TD05H turbine will become a restriction if you plan on running over 25psi- once you push the 20G compressor wheel to the ragged edge, the TD05H turbine just can't keep up. This is why many shops will clip the hell out of the TD05H turbine or upgrade to a TD06 turbine- although either mod will add a little lag to the turbo.

Realistically, not really. Set your sights a little lower to the 375-400whp range on a good tune at 25psi with the TD05H 20G.

There are guys making over 400whp with 16G's, so of course anything's possible....but in the real world the majority of 16G owners will never see above 325whp.

If 450whp is your goal, I would sell it and find something more suited to that power range. This 20G would make a potential buyer very happy.
