Is my WGA bad or my boost controller the problem?

I bought an ebay boost controller (nsx) and in 3rd, 4th, + 5th gears the boost is steady enough at wherever I set it which is currently 14 lbs but when excelleratng hard in 2nd gear it hits the mark of 14+ lbs but then quickly drops to 12-1/2 lbs and stays there Do all boost controllers act like that? I have a stock WGA if that means anything..

Could be the boost controller; where is your boost signal source- the j-pipe, or tee'd into the BOV line?

The 'in' line to boost controller is from the j-pipe. Is it better to come in from there or off the air cannister?

Oh, never even considered running from BOV....

You should be running it from the j-pipe; that is the correct signal source.
