Resently, after a min or to of idel, my car started puffing some blue smoke. I know its oil. But out of couriosity, i did a compression test on my car and this is what i got.
( car was at operating temp, and numbers go from front to back of motor

Dry test
150, 153, 150, 150

wet test
160, 160, 165, 169

The motor runs great, just smokes a lil somtimes. let me know what you all think.

not sure if thats low for a 2g or not...but being as they are so close to each other id start looking more towards a leaky turbo than bad rings...or since it does it after it idles for awhile....id have to say you need some head work

It sounds like you need head work and it does seem that your rings might be a little tired or not broke in if you have just done a rebuild.

just for the record, my compression is spose to be something like 160 and im sitting at about 90 and my car still runs great...sure it would run better with new rings but im not complaining..however, if you pull the head, might as well re ring it at the same time
