I was given this turbo with my talon and i was wonderig if you guys could tell me if its worth rebuilding for my 97 gst

The compressor wheel on that thing looks pretty bad, I personally wouldn't use it. Rebuilding a 14b turbo like that can get expensive and you might be better off buying something that you could just bolt on and go. I am in the same position as you and I am choosing to just get a different turbo.

agreed. on FP's website it indicates that a basic rebuild is $345. you can get a brand new small 16G for around $500

Take it apart and sell it on ebay, then you can make some money off of your crappy turbo sell it to someone on ebay and let them mess with that crap
