You could try a few shops in salem ive heard good things about some of the shops around there. Try calling a few and see what they can offer.
Another alternative would be Justice Racing Engines : Justice Racing Engines its a little far but they build engines for Mach V.

What a tool. Im sure she has been grindin engines an layin sheet rock. Word of advice dont take a 4 cyl to a shop where they only know how to work on stuff from circa 1970. You said they work on all engines, did they have any bmw v12 engines laying around because the shop i go to does. Just a thought. I have 2 complete engine rebuilds where i had the shops do the machining and i checked the specs, assembled and they both run. One has seen 35 lbs max and 30 daily the other 20lbs. Im not one special just some jack who can read a repair book and ask friends questions.
