Is it time to rebuild?

Hello!!I did the comp. test this weekend and the result are bad.I got 135,135,90,135 at the first time.So I add oil in the plug hole and did the comp. test again and it went up to 155,155,135,155.Do you guys think that the rings are gone.Is it time for a rebuild?

More than likely. There's definitely something wrong. A compression test will only tell you that there is a problem. Do a leakdown test to find out the culprit! Air out the intake is a bad intake valve, out the exhaust is bad exhaust valve, out the valve cover is either bad valve stem seals or bad rings. Anything coming out the coolant overflow tank or bubbles in the coolant would indicate a blown head gasket

The oil deep stick is always pupping out ,so one sign of a bad ring,is it right? If I have to do the ring,Can I change them without removing the engine?

The oil dip stick will pop out when the rubber hardens, or in your case, when you have excessive blow-by. You need to remove the head and oil pan (transmission and timing components too if you need to machine your crankshaft) but yes, it is possible to change your rings with the engine in the car. However, as it only takes 4 or 5 hours to remove the engine, I would strongly recommend to remove it to aid in rebuilding. While you're at it, you might as well get an engine gasket set from Parts Dinosaur for $75 and redo all your seals while it's torn down.
