Is it posible to decifer the codes on the tranny to tell how many splines are on it..

Is it posible to decifer the codes on the tranny to tell how many splines are on it, or is the only way to tell is by pulling the tranny and counting them. BTW the tranny is off a 2g awd eagle 5spd.

Im not sure but even if you could I wouldnt rely on it. Since it is so easy to swap output shaft it could have been done previously. So with that being said, could you buy the tranny and swap shafts. Thats what I would do.
