is a 99 crank compatible with a 95 block?

Well i bought this 95 4g63 engine and the jacka$$ who rebuilt it, cut the crank and put standard size bearings back in it. I didnt find out until i installed it and realized how low my oil pressure was. I have a 99 block with the crank into and i was wondering if i can put the 99 crank in my 95 block. I have a feeling i cant because of the thrust bearing but i need someone correct me if im wrong. Thanks guys!

All 7bolt cranks are the same even the 1g 7bolts are the same as 2g 7bolts all use part number MD346024, hope that helps!
