I was wondering if the solenoid kit from IPT, (13ohm (late) are factory solenoids? Or are they some other after market solenoid they use for a number of things. Are they brand new or rebuilt or something? Thanks - :talon:

They are new units used to adjust the "feel" of the car. i.e. when John installed my converter, he said the shifts would feel a little wimpy because of the looser converter, so these selonoid kits modify that...

You learn something new every day. I thought these were just OEM replacements... :thumb:

What does this unit do? I kind of asked john about it and he said it wasn't an extra ordinary modification...... :|

The solenoids are replacements for the stock pieces- they are universal and work somewhat better than the OEM parts.

We try not to sell "cheapo junk brand" stuff.
