I have been a DSM fan since the 90s when the 1g Lasers, Eclipses, and Talons first came onto the roads. My first experience in an Eclipse was my cousin's 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse 420A manual. He had the engine bored over with the oversized pistons, cold air intake and an exhaust installed. Peppy little coupe that I proved that I could drive a manual without a mentor, only after snubbing it once on the first take off... meh. I finally was able to start a project and the right kind of car came up for sale by my buddy, all it needed was some tender loving care and a valve cover. Yeah, someone cracked it reinstalling it like so many other before. I've had it for just over a year and occasionally started it and drove it short distances around the block to get the juices flowing in the car as well as my heart. After all this time and so many services and failures finding the correct brakes for the rear (vented rotors

for builds 1/1994-10/1994), I could finally make this thing road worthy. The day I go to try and get it inspected by the State Trooper, I find a fuel leak after doing a pull getting to the station
