Hey guys, just a quick question for you. I drilled and tapped two extra boost sources on the back of an extra intake manifold I had laying around. After I was done I slapped on some Loctitie Aluminum putty I had laying around to secure them better and stop leaks.

The only problem is afterwards I read that it should be used up to 200F, anybody think this would be a problem on the back of the intake manifold near the brake booster tap? Pic included...

I don't think an intake manifold should reach 200 degrees. Also... you could vent your hood to help get rid of some of the hot engine bay temps... and that'll help control things a bit better. I've seen people use jbweld on stuff like that before too with absolutely zero leak problems after many thousands of miles.
