My car has been "tugging" really bad under WOT so i preformed a boost leak test. There seems to be a HUGE leak somewhere on the intake manifold.....You can hear the air hissing out drastically from underneath somewhere. When i put my head close i can feel some air coming out but cannot pinpoint it..........Is this the intake gasket leaking??? It didnt just "happen" ive noticed it for a few months but it just got worse and worse...........Im just asking because i dont wanna spend hours taking off the intake manifold to change the gasket and find its something else
thanks!

Check the injector seals. Spray soapy water on all the connections and vacuum lines. It'll bubble up where air is leaking out.

i sprayed soapy water on most everything on the top of the intake manifold.....no bubbles......it seems to be coming from the bottom(ish)......Ill try it again and ill make sure to get some on the injector seals

If it's coming from the bottom of the intake manifold, there are only a couple things it could be. Vacuum lines run under there, so definitely check and make sure they're not cut up and that they're plugged in. Other thing is the intake manifold gasket, as you've said.
