I'm working on finishing up my 2.4L project and the only thing I have left to do is all the fuel stuff. I was installing the rail/injectors and I noticed that the o-rings on the tips of the injectors don't come close to touching the head. I can wobble the injectors around way too much with the rail bolted down and I can see down into the head. I have the spacers for the rail, spacers on the top of the injectors, and the o-rings on the tips. Is there something I am missing? I'm using my same evo 560cc injectors I was using before the build. It seems like the rail spacers are all of a sudden too big. I have some pictures but I doubt they would help.
