Kind of stuck here it seams like the car is missing and running rough now when it was running I pulled the #1 injector clip off and nothing changed then I pulled the #2 and it died started it back up and pulled the #3 nothing changed then I did #4 and it died

they all had power and they all have pulse

the spark was the same as the injector clips #2 and #4 died when I pulled them and #1 and #3 nothing changed. and each cylinder had plenty of spark.

the car is running very lean and has like no power to move it self around.

I was going to have my injectors cleaned but wasn't sure it they were the problem.

thanks
MJP

*1 and 4 come from the same coil, 2 and 3 come from the other coil*. Might you have done a tune-up lately and didn't put the spark plug wires back on in the proper order ?

Here's what I gather from your first post:

Car is running, but rough, at idle.

Pull injector clip #1 = no change
Pull injector clip #2 = dies
Pull injector clip #3 = no change
Pull injector clip #4 = dies
(Yet all 4 have voltage)

Pull spark plug wire #1 = no change
Pull spark plug wire #2 = dies
Pull spark plug wire #3 = no change
Pull spark plug wire #4 = dies

Sounds like you might have the CAS off 180 degrees. I'd verify that's on correctly.

I am sure the cas is in right because I never took it out. the car ran fine before I pulled the engine.

I pulled the engine to repaint the engine bay.

yes this started after I got the motor back in.

I think my next step will be to have the injectors cleaned( only cost $60) because the car was sitting for 6 months with e85 and I am going to put my fuelab fuel filter on and put my aero fuel reg on and see if that helps

plus I have a throttle body shaft seals need replaced and a injector seal to the head is leaking air so I will try these thing and get back with you guys if you have any other suggestion I can try I sure will.

Thanks so far with all the help.

It did not seam to matter if it was warm or cold

when it was idling cold it sounded like it had a massive cam in it then when it warmed up it idled pretty good but you could still hear it seamed like it was not running quite right.

its got to be something that was not hooked back up when you put the engine back in, id check all the plugs and wires you removed. ive had all kinds of problems due to not hooking a plug back up when replacing an engine
