I was wondering if someone could help me with what injector size I should get. I currently have an EVOIII turbo but I will probably be upgrading to a t04b. I will more then likely be running dsmlink so is there any downfall of getting a large injector now? I was looking at the RC 750's since alot of people run RC's 550's & seem to be happy with them. These should work well with either turbo if I have dsmlink, but if I ended up going with a safc would probably be hard to control? Would you guys recommend RC or should I go with FIC or PTE etc? Thanks

Brand doesnt really matter. I have FIC right now on my 2g that is for sale and im getting Delphi injectors on my 1g. PTE and RC I see at the shop often as well. I guess i would just try out some 650's or 660's, 770's seem a little big, especially for the 16g you have now. I am currently running 550's with my T-28 right now on my 2g. The SAFC should be able to handle the 720's even, but once you start getting higher it would become difficult unless you have a Maf translater, then it still shouldnt be a problem. :talon:

And that wasnt supposed to say 770's, it is either 750's or 720's, sorry about that :talon:

Ya I know that the 750's would be to big for the EVO but I thought maybe I could just plan for the future, instead of having to buy injectors twice. I was under the impression that dsmlink would control any injector without any problems?

Im sure it does, im not familiar with dsmlink, but for a standalone it better. But why spend more money on bigger injectors than you really need? :talon:

Generally 650's and 750's are almost the same price so that's no an issue.

If you have a DSMlink you should have no problem correcting the trims while you are on your 16g and then changing them when you get a bigger turbo.

:thumb: Thats what I thought. I figured it would be cheeper in the long run to spend $20 extra on the next larger size up injector then to buy one set, use them for abit, sell them for half price & buy bigger ones.

Just to confirm running the 750's with an EVO16g on the safc probably wouldn't be possible or atleast not recommended since I have to adjust the signal so much it would throw the timing way off (to much advance)

Thanks
