injector rail installation ! Anyone with 4g63 can help !

I am 90% done with putting my engine back together. There are few things left to do, and only one of them isn't stacking up....

The injector rail has 3 black spacers that go between it and the head (stop me when I'm wrong) and 3 long (3" or so) bolts go through them.
When I bolt the injector rail down, with the spacers in place, the stock injectors do not reach the injector ports on the head. Is there another spacer that goes at the bottom of the injector ? Can someone take a pic of the injector rail setup? Everything else is going smooth...

Fully forged. SBR built split-thrust 7-bolt with EVO III 16g just waiting to be fired up !!!

There are also supposed to be 4 black washers that fit into the head itself before the injectors go in. It takes a some effort to line up all 4 injectors to fit into those washers, but you'll know once you get it. I'd get some pics for ya, but my motor is at my friend's shop.

They are o-ring seals.

Like someone said above, there are 4 little black spacers that go under the injector against the head.


Might as well send that motor back, it'll probably last about 5 minutes after you start it.

theres a rubber gromet that goes around the top of the injector (not the o-ring) i forgot to put these on one time, and i was like WTF MATE ... then i looked to see what i forgot...
