i went out today and im makeing a solid 7 low, and 17 high.. so is my low setting too little and should a bump it up or is it ok where it is?

. Seriously, the test in the FSM has you check it at WOT in second gear at 2500rpm. It doesn't surprise me that have such a wide range to that test. They're only looking for wastegate operation, if it's lower than 6psi or greater than 10.4 psi they finger the WGA.
