Increasing Inlet Size

Ok the muffler that I want is a 2.25 inlet and is not available any bigger, i need it to be 2.5, is there any way that I can possible increase the inlet size?

Heres the muffler, its a Borla Boomer whaletail style http://www.cardomain.com/item/BOR40061

It should be NO problem for a local muffler shop to enlarge the inlet size.
