Rubber but a lot stiffer than stock. My car vibrates quite a bit more. They have them in black. EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts

prothane. you can buy direct from the website. you may feel the ride a little more but its unlikely you would ever have to replace them again. I like them better than energy I thought they were easier to install and they had black ones when I got mine
