Im a bench racer, help me out.

First of all, I know that noone likes benchracers. But, I have a 96 rs with intake and catback. My friends have LS integras. One with intake and exhaust, one with I/H/E. They are both faster than me. We are all decent drivers. I wanna know if I can win with what I have plus a header and an underdrive pulley. I am already sure that these are the mods that are going on next, but I am just wanting to know what to expect.
