idle problems

When my car is cold, it wont idle, it will idle at 500, even lower and be bouncing all over the place. Also, im getting less than 8-5 hg of vac. and the needle is shaking really bad.

After i drive and boost it it will idle at around 1000, to 1100 and be getting 15 hg of vac. What else could it be? i searched for leaks and seemed to fix everything.

check your idle air control valve, fast idle air valve, biss seal and throttle body seals. Also you may want to look into eliminating the fiav if it hasn't been done already.

check the manual and the ohms that the fiav,isc have and take a volt meter and check to see if they are in spec of what the manual calls for

sorry whats a fiav? i have a aftermarket throttle body so i dont have the normal biss screw. also, cant you adjust the idle air control valve? thats the sensor that is on the throttle body correct?like bottom left
