Idle Fuel Trims Aren't Right

Hi.
The fuel trim at idle it's 95-105, and the wideband reads very lean 20-22, then I tuning with the maft and the wideband reads 14.5-15.5 but the fuel trim reads 65 and 02 sensor reads .7v-.8v , this is very rich for the ecu,right?
so what is wrong?
