I took my idle air control off and did my ohms test. 1-2 are reading .35 ohms. 3-4 are reading 856 ohms 5-6 are reading .34 ohms so this is a bad idle air control readings?

You are supposed to test 1-2, 2-3, 4-5, and 5-6 together. See this page for the proper testing procedure. They should all read 28-33 ohms each or right around there.

Also if you want to go full bore on it take it out of the throttle body. While it's out:
1. Clean the plunger of carbon build up
2. Clean the ISC passage of carbon build up
3. Test the plunger by very gently trying to turn it. It should not turn, be excessively sloppy or move in or out.
4. Hook the battery back up, plug the sensor back in and turn the car to the on position and back off again. Do not attempt to start the car! The plunger should freely move in and out about a 1/4 inch while you do this.

If all the above checks out your ISC is good. Put everything back together and go set your base idle correctly

okay, I retested it the ohms are reading. 1-2 are reading .33 2-3 are reading .29 4-5 are reading 1029
5-6 are reading .53, also when i took it out, I barely moved the plunger and it's moving back and fourth a very good amount, also we did the 4th test and when we turn the accessory on it shutters back and fourth really really quick.
