Idk... Need Help Really Bad

This is gettting me so mad i keep fixing this car and more things just keep breaking... so idk what this part is called but there is a crack in it as you can see from pics.. and coolant is just coming out and water every time i try and start car now ik my head gasket is blown so i haven't driven this car but i noticed it today and wanted to know what this part is called and how much they are and any help would be appreciated

Well around that area has the turbo manifold and O2 housing. I would start by checking that gasket where the turbo mounts to the manifold. Maybe take it off and check for any cracks in that situation. I'm not the most knowledgeable.

Well in the top picture, what you have circled it the turbo to manifold gasket. They due tend to bend and warp with heat so might be a good time to change, they are only a couple of bucks. In the picture to the right you have ## turbine housing circled. They due tend to crack all the way around with age and heat. And your 3rd picture has the manifold/turbo/ and wastegate circled. All tend to be a direct relation to heat. Its not that bad to run, but if you have the money get a new turbine housing and manifold to turbo gasket. If not run it. It will be fine untill you get money to get a new one. The only way coolant or water is going to come out of their, is if you have a blown head gasket that is dumbing coolant into your exhaust manifold and into the turbo which is bad. So take if for what its worth. But word to the wise, do it right the first time so you don't have to end up doing it a second time.

Replacing the exhaust manifold with an evo III or a ported 2g one is a "budget" (and I quote budget because I just posted on Budget project 1g AWD). Its cost effective, and all gaskets you can get pretty cheap, at least the OEM ones. I am pretty sure that the labor can be done by yourself, if you have the time and tool.

DSM are old cars, at least 10 years old now, its the vicious cycle of fixing one thing, and something else breaks, you are not alone my friend.

Depends on what the damage is. It might just need new Turbo/Manifold(inlet) Gasket and proper torquing. But you won't know until you remove the turbo and o2 housing.

The second pic is the turbo exhaust housing if that is your only problem. Coolant leaking from there I temp fix is to block off the coolant line to the turbo. if not replace the turbo and what ever other problems you have fix before you start driving it and blow something up.

Correct, the turbine housing is only held on by a band clamp, buy a new turbine housing and you're good to go.

I dont think coolant should be coming out your exhaust side like that, sounds like you have a head gasket to replace along with the turbine housing, if the head gasket blows you will be spilling coolent out of your exhaust runners, into your exhaust, and the temprature differance (cold water on hot cast iron) would cause that to crack
