I really need help with my suspension

Ok here is the deal. I purchased my 2g GST about 6 months ago and the car is great, I really got a good deal on it; except one thing, it is lowered. I HATE lowering cars, no offense to anyone out there who has their car lowered its just not for me. Anyway I am looking to get my car back to stock height or as close as I can get it.

You guys out there have had a lot more experience with DSM's than I have so would you say it would be better to go with stock springs from Mitsubishi directly or with the Tein H-Tech springs. It looks like the Tein H-tech's have the smallest lowering factor.

I am planning on going with tokico illumina shocks hopping to improve the handling of my ride but also not empty my wallet. So what would be the best combo:

Tokico and Tein H-Tech or
Tokico and OEM springs?

Or is there another adjustable shock out there that wouldn't be too much more that I would be better off with. To be honest I really don't want to spend more than $600 total for shocks and springs.

H&R OE Sport springs.

Not H&R Sports; not H&R Race; H&R OE Sports.

They're the springs that should have been on the car stock and they will work nicely with Illuminas.
