Just out of sheer morbid curiousity, I was wondering.... my ECU just died due to a leaky capacitor, and I haven't been able to find one for my exact car- but I did find an ECU for a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS T 5 Speed....
I have a 1992 Eagle Talon TSi Automatic with the 6 bolt in it.... would there be any serious problems with running the 5 Speed ECU with my car? It would just be until I can afford or find a 1992 Automatic ECU.
Any immediate help would be GREATLY appreciated.

But yeah switching over the cams, injectors, and turbo from a five speed is well worth it for an auto. As long as you do the work yourself it should be fairly inexpensive too.
