huge newb bov question

Ok my car came with a bov when i bought it. I have done some modding and i did a boost leak test. So my bov is letting air out fast in 2 diffenrt spots so i cant fill my pipes with enough air to see where im leaking. The huge hole in front is recirculated ot my intake. Obviously the bottom is hooked to my uicp. So then there is the skiny little one coming off backside now i thought that is what makes the whistle sound for oyur bov but after reviewing for this post it seems liek some people run a line from that to the turbo. Then there is another slightly bigger than a pin point hole under my recirculation pipe that gpes from bov to ucip. Now bith of the last 2 holes let out air continually never stop. Is my bov screwed up or am i sapose to run the small pipe on backside from there to turbo somewhere. Also is that small hole in the front uner recirculation pipe sapose to be there. Sorry this is such a dumb post but i couldnt find any pictures on what it should look like to instal properly.

The hose that connects to the small nipple on the BOV is supposed to run to the intake manifold and connect on there. Its the Vacuum hose.

"The GReddy valve has two fittings for small vacuum lines on it. The top fitting is for the same hose that went to the original stock bypass valve, the hose that goes to the intake manifold. "

Ok so it hasnt ever been on there and there are no loose hoses on my intake manifld what does that mean i need ot do?

The hole reason for this post is i thought everythign was right and i went ot do boost leak test and the lower nipple for a vacum hose on backside was letting out air. Also nder my recirculation pipe to injen intake there is literlally a hole like one someone drilled out im just curious if they are both spose to be liek that and if people usaully cover them when they do a boost leak test so that they cna build pressure.
