Probobly picking this shortblock up tommarow, Does it look alright from the top?

Is is a NEW rebuild?? I ask b/c the pistons look like that have had a wire wheel taken to them and the hone is rough like it was done with a cheap hone you can get at any parts store.

Edit: I would have liked to see pics of the all the cylinders with the pistons and the bottom of their travel. Also how much?
