How to read my spark plugs?

They look like they're burning normal. have you tuned the car?

1, 2, and 4 look like they are seeing lean conditions and burning a bit...

I start tune the car with maft gen2.

No, 18.5 at idle, but cruise speed is 14.7, now if I tune with gen2 until 14.7 at idle my fuel trims turn rich 60 and smell too much gas and cruise speed is 12.7. what's wrong?

I'm pretty sure that's why the plugs look like they were running lean now that i looked closer. target idle afr is 14.7
