How To Post In Classifieds

I have alot of stuff to post in classifieds but it wont let me get past step two is it because i'm not a proven member? I have been a member for about a year now and have started several posts and answered even more for people. So i dont know if i read it wrong or what but i think i should be a proven member by know and therefore entitled to post in the classifieds please someone if i'm wrong let me know what it is i need to do thanx.

You need like 10 points of reputation.

There is more to becoming a proven member than posting alot. You have to earn Rep points.

What is the best way to EARN rep points??? I'm not looking for the easy way out i contribute alot for others on here, dont get it wrong like i just want to be given rep?
