How exactly do you tell what ecu you have? I have a feeling mine needs to be replaced.

You will have to take it out from behind Your center console and open it up to see if it it's an EPROM ecu or not. How do you think you ecu is bad?

On the ECU, there should be number that begins with "MD and then six digits. Goto this site .. Motoguy's Garage | Store and type the number above in the search window to reference your ECU for availability.

Sounds like you need to see if you're throwing any CEL's and start there. If there is a problem with the ISC drivers on the ECU board, these can be easily replaced for much cheaper than sourcing a new ECU. ECMTuning can do any/all repairs to fix the ECU.
