How to adjust JIC Magic 15 way coilovers?

So I need help adjusting the suspension that came with my car. I purchased a 1g two months ago, and all the aftermarket mods came with a manual EXCEPT the coilovers. They are JIC Magic 15 way I believe. It came with the c wrench for ride height adjustment. My biggest question is how do I adjust the spring rate and camber? I see the knobs for the spring rate, and the hex nuts for the camber, but How do I apply it? Which way do I crank the knob, and what are the increments.

The knob doesn't adjust the spring rate, it changes the damper.

Well I am on my first step to learning, I didnt want to touch anything til I figured out everything. JIC didnt have manuals on their site either so this has been difficult.
 
The wrench would help you adjust the ride height. The spring rate would be constant as a spring. there might be slight difference with ride height but only due to travel distance. the damper is the gas or liquid. so it is going to slow the movement of the spring as a dampening effect so that the car does not continue to bounce on the springs. the initial pressure in the dampener is adjusted at the top from inside the engine bay. how much to adjust that is a matter of preference. they should not be able to be adjusted to where there is too much pressure or too stiff that the dampener fails. i dont think. be careful on that though maybe. take notes on how much youve adjusted it. half a turn clockwise or something. and then match it on the other side unless you want them different?
ride height ... The wrench would help you adjust the ride height. i had mine lowered 1.5" and there are some things to know... the axles are at more of an angle and rotate fine but i think there is minute vibration from the angle mine are at. the boots over the axle have ripped due to height. the cornering is worth it but there are some minor side effects. not to mention speed bumps.

Nope. The adjuster sets the size of the low-speed bleed port in the head of the piston. You open the port more (i.e., soften the shock) by turning counter-clockwise. Only an expert (with lots of tools, too) can change the pressure inside the shock.

Note: I'm assuming that you're correct that these are the 15-click JICs. If they aren't, then you need to verify which direction of adjustment softens/hardens the shocks.
 
Since this is a bit old was wondering if you figured it out? I just picked my set up directly from Jon the owner now of JIC America and altogether now since Japan filed bankruptcy. He explained how to set them up to me in person if you think you need any help. He also answers emails really well and offered help to me through pics if I needed it. A+++ customer service from JIC I am lucky I live only an hour away as I am going to have him do corner balancing and suspension tuning once installed.
