how much work to hit around 180hp?

Hey guys, i have a 1998 dodge avenger 420a. I know these engines are a far cry to hit over 200hp N/A, but i am looking more towards the 175-180 mark. Because of my semi-;inimum wage lifestyle i figure hitting that mark and trading off to some kid who has a 4g63 (and isnt into tuning) would be my game plan.. if you guys have any advise or other ideas to help me with this project please join in. I would love to keep my car because of the fierce front end of it but sometimes looks dont give good reason. Current mods: Injen cai, Pacesetter header, JDM Sport adjustable coilovers.

It takes a good bit of money not gonna lie. Im right at 180hp maybe more. Go check ny mods out and that will give u an idea.
